Mcdonalds Nutrition - Over-Under-Eating

Once you decide on a healthy eating program, stick to the parameters of the diet.  Keep track of what you eat the way the diet dictates, and never skip meals, even if you think it may bring you closer to your weight loss goal.  Skipping meals or even snacks can completely ruin your hard work with your diet.  Plus, it isn't worth the hunger.

When you don't eat enough, your body goes into a form of shock.  Your metabolism slows down significantly because your body thinks it is starving.  Your body holds on to calories instead of burning them, causing you to stop losing weight or even to gain weight.  Eating a lower amount of calories than you are used to from your bad eating habits is an integral part of weight loss, but don't skimp on the program's dictated amount of food – that will only result in unnecessary strain on your body.
